We are definitely not the lowest cost inspection company out there, nor are we the most expensive. If you are trying to hire a home inspector based on price alone, you are making a mistake. Saving a few dollars on your inspection and going with the lowest price inspector will likely get you a poorly qualified or new inspector just starting out in the industry.

Just keep in mind that you are not comparing apples to apples when it comes to different home inspectors, and that there is a large range in expertise and knowledge in the industry. Some of the biggest complaints I hear are "why didn't my inspector catch that when I bought the home", and "the inspector missed a bunch of things on my previous house purchase". Most of the inspections we get are through referrals, and we intend to keep it that way.
